Our relationships with friendly winegrowers ready to go beyond the appellation to the benefit of the grape varietal, have allowed us to create a wine list of new and exclusive bottles: the "Cuvées des grains".
A new way to discover the restaurant and its Grains cuvées. Enjoy six pairings through a tasting workshop guided by our sommelier. Lesser-known or forgotten grape varieties, winemakers and terroirs are revealed throughout the tasting, in an experience designed for both beginners and wine enthusiasts. Paired with aged cheeses and sweet bites, the tasting takes place in a private room overlooking the rooftops of Paris and Saint-Eustache Church. At the end of the workshop, the wines tasted are available to purchase and take away, allowing you to extend the experience and share your discoveries.
